Do the pendants come with any chain or leather?
No, they are sold without. If you would like us to suggest a chain or leather email us and we will let you know the availabililty and price. It is usually very nominal. Many chains are posted on the site, which will work quite well.
How quickly will I receive my jewelry?
Jewelry is mailed, lst Class, within 48 hours. If there is any question with your order, you will be contacted.
Is your jewelry Sterling Silver
Yes, all the jewelry on the site is .925 Sterling Silver. The gemstones are genuine. Exception: Kazuri Jewelry is not sterling. I have only a few pieces of Kazuri. Please email or call for current availability.
Do you use Rhodium plating?
Yes, on the CZ pieces, the Sterling Silver is Rhodium plated to maintain its shine and not tarnish. It makes the CZ's sparkle.
Will I be charged for shipping and handling?
If you order over $50.00, our shipping is FREE. Less than that, it is a flat $5.00 charge.

Just note that most of our pieces are handmade and handcrafted. Naturally occuring differences will occur in each piece. The gemstones are natural and therefore come with various tones and markings.
